Mobile Notary in San Jose
San Jose is home base for Ashur Notary, and it's where most of my Yelp reviews come from. I come to you anywhere in the city: a home in Willow Glen or Evergreen, an office downtown, a hospital room, or an assisted-living facility. Same-day and evening appointments are usually available, and weekends are welcome. I'm an NNA-certified notary and loan signing agent, and I can also conduct your signing in Farsi, Assyrian, or Turkish.

Good to know in San Jose
- The Santa Clara County Main Jail is downtown. Jail signings have to be arranged with the facility in advance, and the person in custody still needs acceptable identification, so call me before you book and I'll explain what's needed.
- Deeds for San Jose property are recorded by the Santa Clara County Clerk-Recorder's Office in San Jose. California recorders expect a Preliminary Change of Ownership Report (PCOR) with most deeds, so ask your title company or attorney to include one.
- California caps the notary fee at $15 per signature. The travel fee depends on distance and time of day, and you'll get the full price before I head out.
