Alameda County
Mobile Notary in Fremont
Fremont is five distinct districts wearing one city name — Mission San Jose, Niles, Warm Springs, Irvington, Centerville — and each has its own rhythm. Mission San Jose tends toward estate planning. Warm Springs leans corporate. Niles and Centerville are mostly residential. Irvington blends all three. The hospital corridor along Mowry Avenue, anchored by Washington Hospital and Kaiser Fremont, is one of my regular hospital-signing routes — almost weekly someone calls because a family member has been admitted and a power of attorney or advance health care directive has to happen before a procedure or a transfer.

What I see most in Fremont
Hospital-bedside signings work differently than home signings. The signer is often medicated, tired, or surrounded by visiting family members who all have opinions. My job there is to confirm — quietly and clearly — that the person signing actually understands what they're signing and is doing it of their own free will. If they don't, I won't notarize, even if everyone in the room is pressuring me to. That's an unpopular call in the moment but it's the one piece of the job that matters most. In Fremont I average two or three of these signings a week, and I've never regretted slowing one down.
Recent kinds of signings
- An adult daughter calls from Washington Hospital — her mother is being prepped for a procedure in two hours and the family wants a financial POA in place first; I drive over and we sign in the room.
- A Mission San Jose family signs a complete estate package at their dining room table on a Saturday — trust, pour-over wills, durable POAs, AHCDs, certification of trust, all coordinated by their attorney.
- A Warm Springs engineer is finalizing the purchase of a second property in Texas; we sign the out-of-state package at his office between meetings.

“For a last-minute notary need, I contacted Nergal at 3pm one day via Yelp and he got back within 10 minutes. We scheduled him to come by at 6pm the same evening. Very professional and kind in communications and when he arrived. He was promptly on time and walked us through the whole process. We were done in 15 minutes.”
“Excellent service, on time, very likable person. Figured out a solution to a thorny estate-signature problem that worked out beautifully. Highly recommend!”

“This notary has been a life saver for me, caring for my elderly grandma and filing for Power of Attorney. Ashur Mobile was able to come to my house in the evening and get multiple documents notarized for me. I have used him 3 times now, and will continue to do so in the future. He's extremely responsive and very accommodating!”
“I was in desperate need of a notary for a loan signing ASAP. He answered on the first call, and made it incredibly convenient for same-day service with exceptional service. As a Realtor, I value responsiveness, reliability, integrity, and customer service. I highly recommend! He is my go-to notary!”
“Ashur saved the day! I realized that I needed a document signed urgently, on a Saturday evening, over a holiday weekend. Ashur responded to my quote within 5 minutes and arrived at my home within the hour as promised — even though my home is 30 miles from his. By the time other notaries responded to my quote request, Ashur had already completed my required notary documents and was already on his way home.”
