Privacy policy

What we collect. When you book a time, we receive your name, email, the time you picked, how you'd like to meet, and anything you write about your appointment. Bookings go to our own scheduling system at cal.ashur-notary.com.

How we use it. Only to schedule and contact you about the notary appointment you booked. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with marketers.

Email delivery. Booking confirmations are emailed to you and to us through Ashur Notary's own mail server. Outgoing messages are delivered via Amazon SES, which may retain delivery logs under Amazon's privacy policy. A copy of each message is kept in our business mailbox.

Analytics. We use Umami, a privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics tool. No personal data is collected; page views are aggregated.

Retention. Booking records and emails are kept as long as they're operationally useful (typically under a year) and are then deleted.

Your rights. Email leads@ashur-notary.com to request deletion of any records that reference you.
