About
Nergal Adeh
Hi, I'm Nergal — a mobile notary and NNA-certified loan signing agent serving San Jose and roughly a 30-mile radius across the Bay Area. I come to hospitals, homes, offices, jails, title companies, and assisted-living facilities — wherever your signing needs to happen.
As a notary public I take customer service, impartiality, and accuracy seriously. Prior work experience sharpened my organizational and time-management skills — I show up on time, prepared, and focused on your documents. Attention to detail is the whole job.
My commission is #2348546, renewed and current. I'm background-screened annually and trained on the full range of loan document packages — purchase, refinance, HELOC, and reverse mortgage.
Languages
In addition to English I speak Farsi, Assyrian, Turkish — happy to conduct your signing in whichever language you're most comfortable with.
In more than 50 five-star Yelp reviews, clients keep mentioning the same things: I respond within minutes, I arrive on time (often a few minutes early), and I triple-check every signature before we're done. Whether it's an urgent signing on a Saturday evening, a power of attorney for an elderly grandmother, or a signing at a hospital bedside, the job is the same: bring the notary book to you, stay patient, and get it right the first time.
I answer the phone. Same-day appointments are usually possible — call or send a request and I'll call you back within 15 minutes during business hours.

Excellent service, on time, very likable person. Figured out a solution to a thorny estate-signature problem that worked out beautifully. Highly recommend!
“For a last-minute notary need, I contacted Nergal at 3pm one day via Yelp and he got back within 10 minutes. We scheduled him to come by at 6pm the same evening. Very professional and kind in communications and when he arrived. He was promptly on time and walked us through the whole process. We were done in 15 minutes.”
“Amazing service! Very prompt to respond on Yelp. Showed up on time (a few min early), extremely professional. Triple-checked every signature. Would highly recommend.”
“This notary has been a life saver for me, caring for my elderly grandma and filing for Power of Attorney. Ashur Mobile was able to come to my house in the evening and get multiple documents notarized for me. I have used him 3 times now, and will continue to do so in the future. He's extremely responsive and very accommodating!”
“I was in desperate need of a notary for a loan signing ASAP. He answered on the first call, and made it incredibly convenient for same-day service with exceptional service. As a Realtor, I value responsiveness, reliability, integrity, and customer service. I highly recommend! He is my go-to notary!”
“Ashur saved the day! I realized that I needed a document signed urgently, on a Saturday evening, over a holiday weekend. Ashur responded to my quote within 5 minutes and arrived at my home within the hour as promised — even though my home is 30 miles from his. By the time other notaries responded to my quote request, Ashur had already completed my required notary documents and was already on his way home.”
